The Quinlan Property Group story began in 1959 with the establishment of Laurie Quinlan Real Estate in Townsville.

Laurie's sons Michael and John grew up in this world of small business, watching their father establish relationships and develop networks. The brothers observed the respect their father built in the community through the values of service, integrity and honesty. It was a time when your word meant your word.

Michael worked with his father in the business from 1981 until he negotiated the establishment of Knight Frank Townsville in 1998, which he co-owned and operated. John joined Knight Frank in 2002.   After almost 35 years working in commercial sales and leasing, and with a strong network of contacts throughout Australia and overseas, the brothers decided to establish a boutique agency, with offices servicing both Brisbane and Townsville.

Quinlan Property Group is the next generation of boutique property agencies where face to face communications and integrity are the cornerstones. The agency prides itself on offering a personal approach with clients who value doing business at a grass-roots level.
